| A Hog Roast , apple sauce and bread (roll or french sticks) will serve between 60/100 people and costs from £450. This depends on your location and any requirements, such as salads, servings over 100 or extra staff. But whatever your needs are, I am sure we can help you - just e-mail me for a price. |
| We also do Lamb Roasts that cater for 50/100 people (Price on application) depending on how many lambs are cooked. Other alternatives are: a whole loin of Beef, Venison or Wild Boar (in season). Please e-mail me for a price. |
| A Hog Roast takes about 5 hours to cook. We need a 13amp electric supply from the start. 15 minutes before your set eating time I will carve on to a hot plate then transfer to a serving plate for your guests to help themselves, unless you ask us to supply someone to serve.
Catering 4-U also supplies Canapes, starters, salads, sweets and cheese boards.
