Not just a Lamb Roast

This coming season we are offering a Lamb Roast with a difference. We de-bone and marinate whole legs of lamb for 48 hours before roasting them.

| Each leg is offered to a table of 8 or 10 people from which one person is nominated to carve the leg of lamb. That person will be given tools, carving board and apron. At this point you can Theme your Event by giving the carver a Hat, Wig or Moustache, in fact anything you can think of to make people talk. |

The carver will collect their leg of lamb and get instructions on carving.
Vegetables or Salads to compliment the lamb can be provided.
We can provide enough lamb for about 16 tables.
