Confirmation of booking follows the receipt of your deposit. The balance will be paid on the day of the event unless by special arrangement. |

An area of 3 metres x 3 metres is needed for the machine and tables. |

An electrical supply is needed for the equipment. |

A small charge for travelling will be made if you are outside our 10 mile radius. |

In the case of contractors all agreed third party fees and commissions will be added to our prices. |

All shortages, breakages and damage or loss of any tools or equipment will be charged at current replacement costs. |

Catering4-U is under no liability whatsoever for any injury or damage to person or property, or loss of profit claimed by the hirer in respect of any interruption, delay, inaccuracies, errors, omissions or any failure to deliver, breakdown, or from the use or failure of any equipment or hired equipment. |

The contract deposit is £100 and is a non returnable deposit. |
